Welcome to the Boys & Girls Club of Campbell County. A multidisciplinary based program providing before and after school services, as well as, full day summer activities to the youth of our community. It is our goal to provide a fun, safe, and rewarding environment for all of our members!
We have two separate appliaction periods each year, one for our school year program and one for our summer program.
Applications can be submitted through our parent portal.You will need to create an account and fill out all the necessary fields for the application.

Main Site

Monday – Friday (school year): (6:30am – 8:30a) & (3:00p – 6:30pm)
Monday - Friday (summer and no school days): 6:30am - 5:30 pm)
The Bus Barn will pick up from the Main Club Site and drop off members at their respective schools and will return them to the main site in the afternoon. There is no additional fee for this service.
Our Main Site is also open during most school breaks. Please see the list of specific days the Club is closed under holidays.

Our satellite sites are housed within the gymnasiums/cafeterias of the schools listed above, but are not staffed or run by the school district. All questions regarding the satellite locations should be directed to the Main Club.
Throughout the school year we offer before and after school activities for youth ages 5-18. Members who are only 5 years old must be enrolled in kindergarten for that school year. We have 5 separate locations available for our members' convenience.
Our main site provides breakfast for all members attending and and afternoon snack is porovided at ALL locations.
Our school year program focuses on academic success for our members and a typical day involves the following schedule:
Mornings: Begin with free play time as well as structured activities provided by staff. (During this time we encourage our members to be physically active to better prepare them for class time.)
Afternoons: Begin with snack & Power Hour, a homework help/tutoring time along with structured play/physical activity. The acitvities are followud up with an hour of any of the following programs:
- Project Learn
- STEM
- Triple Play
- Coding/STEM
- Healthy Habits
- Positive Action
- Art
Throughout the summer, the Boys and Girls Clubs of Campbell County provides full day programing and activities for our members. Only the MAIN SITE is open during this time. The Summer Program provides all members with breakfast, lunch, and a PM snack.

Please Note: New tuition rates will become in effect January 6th, 2025.
$7.00/day for morning program and $9.00/day for the afternon. For non-school days the rate will be $20.00/day.
School Year:
Our school year membership tuition is $5.00/day for our morning program and $7.00/day for the afterschool program. If your child attends both the morning and afternoon programs the daily charge is $12.00/day.
Our all day rates for non-school days during the school year is $16.00/day. Breakfast, lunch and an afternoon snack will be served on these days.
Summer Program:
Our summer rates are the same as our non-school days during the school year. Our summer rate is $16.00/day.

We send invoices out on a weekly basis to the email we have on file when you completed your membership application. Currently we accept payment in the form of cash, check, or card. You may pay by phone, by mail or online through our secure parent portal.
